DATE: August 4 (Wednesday) - August 7 (Saturday), 2010

We are in the process of finalizing 4 days of fun with food, fellowship, games, golf, swimming, tours, crafts and plenty of fun. We are extending this invitation to all Saddlebag residents and friends hoping that you can join us for as many activities as you choose. We were able to speak with many of you before we left Florida in April, but we may have missed speaking with some. Please feel free to copy this enclosed information and pass it on to anyone that might be interested in joining us. We have space for camping units and can hook you up to simple electricity and there will be water for filling tanks. There will be a port-a-potty available if you are not self contained. Our extra bedrooms and loaned RV's are occupied at this time. We do have one bedroom available that we can put our inflatable mattress in if someone would like it. We also have a pop-up camper available. For those that wish motel or bed & breakfast accommodations a list is enclosed. If you are unable to join us please drop us a note and we will share it with everyone. We hope many of you will be able to join us for all activities. We are hoping for a great time making new acquaintances. If you have any questions, can not open e-mail and I‘ll try another program, or need more information please feel free to contact us at any time. Please return the enclosed requested information sheet by

July 25 so we can get a better idea of numbers for ordering supplies, food, and catering details.

We are anxious to see everyone again.

See you all soon,

Orrin and Linda

Enclosed: Greeting note, Itinerary, Return Form, Travel Directions and Accommodation List.
