Managers' Report:Good morning
I hope you all had a great weekend, and are ready to have another great week at SLR!
The decorative borders around the landscaping for the memorial garden, clubhouse, and front office has been fading out. John has been recoating them with a long lasting coating to keep them looking new and protect them from fading. This also saves us money as we don't have to pay an outside contractor to come in and coat them for us.
EESI has started work on the waste plant and is ahead of schedule on the repairs. This is due to John getting the plant prepped for the work ahead of time. The work they are doing so far has been fast and professional and John and I are following up on their work daily.
Friday Richard and I checked the measurements on the tennis courts. It would appear there has not been further settling so we can move ahead with repairs. I contacted Varsity Courts and left a message for Dennis to call me back. I will be following up with him today to schedule the repairs. Once repairs are scheduled I will keep you all notified of the schedule with as little downtime as possible, yet enough time to make sure the repairs are done right.
Rainy season has started a little early this year so the lawns have started growing earlier than usual too. We will be doing some courtesy calls for lawns that need a little TLC.
Thank you and have a great week!
