Managers' Report:Good Morning, I hope you have all had a great Weekend.
Republic services delivered the yard waste roll off container to the back along with the maintenance dumpster as part of the temporary services. If you have yard work being done in the next 8-12 weeks please have your yard contractor take the yard debris back to the container at the back to dispose of it as there will be no curbside service available during this time. Also please remember to have your blue reflectors placed in front of your stump so the trash collectors know to check your stump. If you do not have a blue reflector they are available for purchase at the front office for $2.50.
Ray replaced all the bushings on the front end of the John Deer tractor and is continuing work on the storage area and has finished clearing a space for the new trash compactors to be installed. Statewide electric has begun installing the drop lighting for clubhouse room A.
The new sign facings that were ordered as part of the state road60 sign rehab have come in. Action signs will be out this week to install the new sign facings. The front gate has been repaired. It was found the arm is too heavy and is breaking a pin meant to hold the arm upright. A new lightweight arm has been ordered. Also the relay for the red and green light was replaced.
It's summer time, and many of our seasonal owners have returned home for the summer. While it has quieted down and there is far less traffic on our roads, please remember to obey the traffic signs and speed limits.
And now with summer hear the grass will be growing. Please make sure to keep your lawns mowed. We have sent letters to some owners who's yards are in need of maintenance and contacted their lawn contractors. So please help us stay ahead of the game and have your contractors mow before it gets too long.
I will be available to address owner concerns at the front office between 1 and 2 pm.
Thank you, and have a great week!
