Managers' Report:Good morning
I hope you all had a great weekend, and are ready to have another great week at SLR!
Work is continuing on the waste plant and is just under half way complete. The initial quality control inspections are looking good. We are on schedule to begin work on the 2nd train this week. We will keep you updated weekly on the project.
Duke Energy is doing some tree trimming along their power lines. The will need access to the greenways to remove trimmed limbs.
Varsity Courts will be out Tuesday to plan the needed repairs to the tennis courts. I will have an update on the schedule for repairs for the next Koffee Klatch.
We spoke last week regarding some of the lawns that have been overgrown due to the early rainy season. The office has been in contact with the lawn contractors for these units and as I'm sure you've noticed most of them have been proactive in getting the issues addressed.
Many of you have noticed the pink signs posted throughout the community by the county and have questioned what they are referring to. There is a public hearing referencing the internet towers. The county will be officially recognizing each site and granting permits. Due to the nature of the structures, and the fact that it is a service offered to the community as a whole, the county requires a public hearing. Notice of the hearing will be mailed to all affected residents this week.
Thank you and have a great week!
