Managers' Report:Koffee Klatch update 05-13-2013
In regards to last week's Board meeting, the portion with the Attorneys concerning the SLOA Covenants and Restrictions was recorded and has been posted on the CHUG website under “current issues". If you did not attend the meeting and would like to know what was said, or if you did attend and would like to review it to get a clearer understanding of what was said, the Board and the Management team recommends you view the video. It is my understanding you will need “realtime" player on your computer to view the tape.
Phase II of the dock is in the final stages of permitting. The requested automatic light sensors have been installed in the restrooms at bath house 2.
D & D Quick Kerb has completed 2 more repairs (concrete walkways between the courts) at the shuffleboard courts. I believe that should take care of possible safety issues for the time being.
JCW Services repaired the floor inside and painted the exterior of the C.A.P. shed.
Jimmy Hurst Pest Control will be scheduled within the next 2 weeks for their first pest application on the property.
The annex interior is currently being painted. The site work is still pending the 811 to dig. They should be here today.
Manhole repairs will begin the middle of this week and should be completed by Friday.
That's all I have for now. Any questions?
