Managers' Report:Hello and good morning everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend!
The painting of the recreation room restroom floors is scheduled for Monday of next week. We had initially scheduled it for Thursday of this week, however that meant paint would be drying over the weekend and we didn't want the restrooms shut down during the weekend.
Much of the wood debris from clearing the greenways has been given to Bob Valentine. He is using it for his bonfires on his property in the evenings. This saves the resort the expense of having it picked up and hauled away. A win for both of us!
Monday morning last week the county issued the permits for the communication towers. We brought them over to Hank Smith's office at code enforcement and the case has been dropped by the county. The Building Department performed the final inspection Friday and signed off. So everything regarding the towers is 100% in compliance with county ordinances.
The shelves that were removed from the memorial hall puzzle room will be installed in the laundry room attached to the rec room for the book lending program. This gives more room for the books while freeing up counter space for the pool players.
Thank you and have a Great week!
