Statewide electric will be out today to remove the fountain pump in the lake for repairs. The pump is covered under warranty.
Varsity Courts met with Jaye Wright and I last week. They took measurements and estimated materials needed for repairs. Repairs are scheduled to begin Mid June and should take no longer than 2 weeks to complete.
The AC unit at the exercise room has been repaired. John was able to diagnose it and do the repairs.
As you all know Pete Braden passed away this weekend. Although I haven't been here at SLR long, it is easy to see the impact he has made on people's lives. He was very much loved and respected in the community and his passing is a loss for us all. I can speak for all the staff at SLR when I say you have our condolences and if there is any way we can help let us know.
Thank you and have a great week!
