Managers' Report: Good morning everyone,
Shane's computer at the front office got zapped during the storm last week. We took it to the Computer Nurd for diagnosis. It had several issues and was deemed “not worth fixing". A new computer was purchased from Walmart and any data that could be saved from the old unit has been transferred. It's supposed to be ready for pick up this morning.
The high service pumps are being installed, along with all of the electrical updates necessary and the flow meter calibrations. The project is about 1/2 complete and should be finished by Wednesday.
Still no inspection on the pool lights...though I do have all of the documentation from the County that all of the paper work and permit was processed properly and in a timely fashion.
Mary did a deep cleaning of the clubhouse kitchen on Saturday. You may notice it sparkling today! Thanks Mary!
Construction has begun this morning on the maintenance offices.
Tucker was here last week and completed the remaining items requested and the items that got missed.
One of the treadmills has been removed from the exercise room due to a problem with the belt which cannot be fixed. It will be replaced in the next few weeks. I am currently researching the best product for the money.
Maintenance finished the improved area in front of the storage lot. That included the donated palm trees and hibiscus planted at the front corner of the storage lot. Thanks again to the Garden Club and Gary Clark of 17 Stone Fly for their generosity, and to maintenance for their hard work and diligence.
I have a couple of housekeeping items today..the annex will be closed and locked all day and evening on Wednesday in order to clean the carpet and allow sufficient time to dry.
SLOA's audit was performed last week. As soon as the information has been compiled it will be available to all owners in hard copy form at the office at no charge to you. It normally takes about 2 months for it to arrive.
The trash at 92 Saddlebag Trail has been removed.
In a related matter…we have 2 crime prevention specialists from the Polk County Sheriff's Department here today to give a brief presentation about securing your homes and protecting yourselves and your valuables.
I'd like to introduce Lilia Vega and Alicia Manautou. Ladies, the floor is yours!
Thanks…Melanie Kremkau (CAM) for SLOA
