Managers' Report: Good morning everyone,
First and foremost, I would like to thank those who gave their life protecting our country and our freedoms.
The Crime Prevention Specialists were here last week as you all know. They visited the residents still on the property to give them information on how to protect their property from theft and home invasion.
The break-ins which have occurred recently are still under investigation.
The carpet in the temp. annex was cleaned by Stanley Steamer last Wednesday. It looks very nice.
The high service pumps are done. New floats for the flow meter have been ordered, but that will not affect the flow test on the fire hydrants to be performed by Envisors for the annex. They have been notified to proceed.
In doing the normal summertime waste plant inspection/maintenance, it was found that the clarifiers on the effluent side need new effluent piping. Parts are on order and the installation will involve an outside
source contracted to bore the holes to accommodate the new piping. Total should be around $1000.
The maintenance offices are at about the halfway point. The contractor will be back on Tuesday as Monday is a holiday.
The minor landscaping at the clubhouse lift station is completed. Hopefully this will help to stabilize the area and reduce the dust.
The golf cart tire stops at the clubhouse to the right of the side entrance have been saw cut and repainted to accommodate people walking to their carts from the new sidewalk. There is also enough room for walkers. How do they look Aggie? 2 "GOLF CART PARKING ONLY" signs have been ordered as Mel was informed people have been parking their cars there.
Because of the legal holiday today the office will be closed and Security will be working as usual. It has been posted throughout the resort. Your latest reconciled financials are available at the office and on the CHUG website.
Hope you all enjoy your day!
