Managers' Report:Koffee Klatch update 06-03-2013
The annex is moving along...the exterior trim has been installed and they are painting the outside.
The recycle bins arrived today. SBT got delivered. The rest went into the storage garage until Monday. The office is updating the list of on site owners so we can be sure the people on site receive their bins and the rest are stored until the fall when people return as many have left for the summer after getting on the list.
One of the owners raised a question with an on site Board member as to the habits of a security officer and where he takes his breaks/lunch. The security team, because they work an 8 hr. shift is allowed two 15 minute breaks (Florida law for full time but used as a guideline by on site management for the part time workers) and 1/2 lunch, which is a normal expectation of SLOA employees. Because security is a mobile position several officers may, at times, go home for their breaks or their lunch, being that they all are Saddlebag residents. They are always accessible via the security cell phone or the 2-way radio to tend the gate, office, or any other area of the resort.
If owners inquire, that is the policy.
That is all I have.
