Managers' Report:Good morning
EESI has finished their work on the sewage plant. The final inspection was completed on Thursday and everything looks great. EESI was able to correct all issues we came across before the inspection. Both John and I were pleased with their work, and all adjustments made during that time were done at EESI's cost. No change orders and no unexpected costs to the association.
Again a reminder, there will be a Board of Directors meeting Tuesday June 16th . Some issues that will be addressed are the blue quill lift station, Gate Valves throughout the community that have been planned for repair, appointment of a Board member to fill the vacancy on the Board, and replacement of the Aerostar van for maintenance.
Dennis from Varsity courts is supposed to be getting back to me today with the exact dates for the repairs scheduled for the tennis courts.
As most of you are aware, the county passed the land usage for the towers last week. The Board has been advised with several options to assure this amenity is available while keeping the service in line with SLR CC&R's.
At this point I'd like to open the floor to questions.
I hope you all have a great week!
