Managers' Report:Hello and Good morning everyone.
An appeal has been filed with the county regarding the internet towers. Another hearing has been scheduled, this time with the Board of County Commissioners. The hearing will be scheduled August 4th. Again we hope you show up and show your support. The county will be sending letters and post times for the hearing just as last time.
Again a reminder, there will be a Board of Directors meeting tomorrow Tuesday June 16th . Some issues that will be addressed are the blue quill lift station, Gate Valves throughout the community that have been planned for repair, appointment of a Board member to fill the vacancy on the Board, and replacement of the Aerostar van for maintenance.
We will be using a temp agency, Labor Solutions, to fill the vacancy on the maintenance crew. We have had difficulty filling the position permanently from our pool of applications.
Recently we have had several issues with owner's guests not following the rules while using the park amenities. While the individual cases have been addressed I would like to just take a moment to remind everyone that your guests are your responsibility. Please make sure they are fully informed of our rules or are supervised during their visit.
Following up on some of the items raised here at Koffee Klatch.
The #2 stage light has been repaired.
The pool lights no longer run during daylight hours.
The generator run time has been moved from Monday to Thursday.*found to still be an issue*
At this point I'd like to open the floor to questions.
I hope you all have a great week! Thank you.
