Managers' Report:Koffee Klatch update
Good morning, Happy Father's Day to all of the Fathers!! Hope you all had a great day!
Florida Pest Control did the annual termite inspection and found no termites. They also did rodent exclusion at our request as we had seen evidence of rodents in the clubhouse and recreation building areas. They installed vent stack covers, replaced soffit vents, put metal flashing around roof vents, and they sealed access holes and other possible entry ways with a wire mesh cloth, which, if chewed on, it cuts them to ribbons with the tiny razors embedded in the cloth. Yummy!
The gutters were installed on the annex. The site work is moving along.
Derek (Decks and Docks by Derek) will be in tomorrow…that is Tuesday of this week to begin demolition of the remainder of the old dock. If you have a boat docked there currently we ask that you coordinate with the office to relocate your boat while the construction is going on if you have not already done so. The parts for the new floaters/boat slips will be delivered on Monday, June 24. The construction should take about 3 weeks.
Plastic Composites, Inc. began work this morning to refurbish the interior of the chlorine contact chamber at the waste plant. The project should take about 4 days to complete.
D & D Kwik Kerb is rescheduled again for this week to reseal the kwik kerb on common property.
That's all I have for now. Any questions?
