Managers' Report:Good Morning, I hope you have all had a great Weekend.
Sedgwick claims has changed claims adjusters and I spoke with her last week to get her caught up and up to speed. There doesn't seem to be any issues with picking right up where we left off with Joel. I've sent her the first of the bids I've received for resealing of the asphalt and she will be touching base with Advance Disposal to move forward. I expect to have the last proposal turned into Sedgwick this week and once they've approved one we can move forward with setting dates for resurfacing.
Last week we reached out to lawn contractors for lawns that were overgrown and in need of mowing. While most of them have been mowed I'll be following up today with lawns that haven't been finished. With no sign of the rains letting up please communicate with your lawn contractors to keep your lawns neat and trimmed.
This week we will be performing line flushes on the water system. We do this every 6 months to help maintain the water quality and keep deposits from building up in the water lines. As a side effect, you may experience lower water pressure or a slight change in water color (a very light brown color is possible). If you do experience this please run your water for a few minutes and it should clear right up. If it persists please contact the front office.
Wednesday the 21st there will be a Board of Directors meeting at the clubhouse at 9am. Most of the items on the agenda are maintenance issues, however if there are any agenda items you wish to speak about please remember to sign up at the front office to speak.
Thank you and have a Great week!
