Managers' Report:Hello and good morning everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend!
The revitalization packets have been mailed out to the owners who are out of the resort for the summer. If you are in the resort you should have had your packet hand delivered to you. A special thanks to the volunteers who took their free time to deliver the packets.
With the rain we have received the grass has been growing and some of the yards could use some TLC. Some of you may have already received a call about your lawn. Thank you to those of you who have already taken care of your lawncare needs, and if you have not, please make the necessary arrangements to do so.
As summer is a great time to have company and guests visit the resort, many of you will have grandchildren and younger visitors. As your guests stay in the resort please keep safety top of mind, especially when traveling our roadways. Many of you have golf carts for transportation around the resort. Please remember no minors should be operating golf carts or other vehicles on resort property including roadways. Lets keep this summer fun and safe!
The annual water quality reports will be mailed to all the owners not in the resort this week. For those owners in the resort they will be hand delivered to save on postage.
Thank you and have a Great week!
