Managers' Report:Hello and Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a Great Father's Day weekend!
Fox hollow will be out on Tuesday. The grounds are looking very rough with weeds and generally unkempt. Cathy took it upon herself to change the schedule from 2 days a month to 1 day a month without notifying us. Obviously this won't work, I informed she did not have the authority to make that decision without approval as her contract states 2 days a month. Tuesday I will be going over each area with her to make sure they bring the grounds up to standards. Marlene will be in attendance for her expertise on the grounds.
Bruce Balch volunteered to help with the purchase of the new maintenance pickup. Bruce has contacts with a dealer who was willing to give him access to a dealer only auction. Many of the vehicles were county government vehicles with very low miles and extensive maintenance records. He was able to find a 2008 Ford truck with 21,000 miles that he said looks like it just came off the show room floor. It has automatic, ac and a radio and under the budget set aside for replacement. Thank you Bruce for using your own time to help the community out!
