Illness:Sue Beagle's daughter Cindy is in hospital in Minnesota with an infection needing medical treatment. Cards may be sent to Cindy Beagle at 155 Chaparral Drive, Apple Valley, MN 55124.
Lorraine Kobierecki, Bob Lapsley and Elinor Roeschen were all in Lake Wales Medical Center just a few doors from each other this past week. They were all stabilized and left the hospital on Friday. Lorraine and Bob went home and Elinor went to the Grove for rehab. She is in room 306. Cards and visits to her would really be appreciated.

Announcements: Our lake level this week is 102 feet and 2 inches. Last Week our water level was 101 feet and 6 and ¾ inches.
Can Tabs:Joan Hannon is still collecting can tabs, which are then donated to Ronald McDonald House.
Potlucks:Fridays at 5PM. Bring a generous dish to pass and your table service. Afterwards, there is card playing.
Post Office: Summer hours, 10:00 -- 11:00 AM
Library:Open Mondays only from 10:30AM to 11:30AM

Pinochile is still being played on Thursdays at 1PM. Looking for a few more players.
Once a month after Coffee, there will be an emergency committee meeting. Ken Hall presiding. Ken can be reached, maybe, at 863-255-7419.
This morning MS Roberta Gross, from Clinical Research of Central Florida was at Coffee to tell us about Medical studies that are ongoing and how to become a part of one if you want to. She passed out some pens and you could sign up If you want to become part of a clinical study.
Hazardous Waste: Gary Scheevers said if you have some HW and can't get to his house, he will come by and pick it up for you. He can be reached at 863-632-0865

Managers' Report:Koffee klatch update 06-24-2013
The annex site passed the density/compaction test/inspection. The rock for the parking lot will be delivered this week.
The propane tank was moved across the parking lot into the old overflow area.
A committee of 3 (Alice, Jean Lawrence, and Marilyn Storm) chose the tile for the restrooms. On behalf of the Board and the Association I would like to thank them for their participation. I believe they chose well.
They began are applying the 2nd coat of paint to the exterior.
The solar tubes are installed and the electrical to the power source will be run this week.
They are also blowing in the insulation this morning.
Demolition of the old dock was completed and the parts for the new boats slips will be delivered today. Construction should be completed within a couple of weeks. Just a reminder, please refrain from trying to use the dock until construction is completed. We appreciate your cooperation.
D & D Kwik Kerb resealed the curbing on the common property. On behalf of the Board and the Association I would like to thank the Garden Club for their generous donation of $1030. to cover the cost of the resealing.
The PCI refurbished the interior of the chlorine contact chamber at the waste plant. That included cleaning, mudding in the chamber, and applying the epoxy.
New card tables and chairs were delivered last week for use in the clubhouse and the annex.
