Managers' Report: Good Morning, I hope you have all had a great Weekend.
Sheppard Roofing was out Friday working on the roof for the maintenance building. They tore off all the old tar and paper and prepped it to stay dry over the weekend so they can return this week to finish. They will begin Bathhouse 2 after completion of the maintenance building. During the roof replacement Bathhouse 2 will be closed. Once I have dates for the roof replacement I will place notices at Bathhouse 2.
Four corners fence is scheduled to replace the perimeter fence between the butterfly garden and the silversides greenway August 14th. We estimate 11 days to complete the replacement.
Coast to Coast will be stripping and waxing the clubhouse and memorial hall floors Tuesday July 25th and expects 3 days to complete. Our staff will remove the furniture after Koffee Klatch on the 24th in preparation. During this time the Clubhouse and memorial hall will be closed and no events scheduled.
The icemaker in the clubhouse was not making enough ice. Maintenance has reset it and we will be monitoring it to make sure it is now working properly.
I want to remind everyone once again regarding pets. If you are going to be walking your dog, please keep them on a leash whenever outside of your home. The only place in SLR where animals are allowed to be unleashed is at the dog run. If an animal shows signs of aggression toward you or your pet we would ask that you call animal control. Animal control keeps records, and our office reports do not count towards that animal's record.
Thank you and have a Great week!
