Don Richards passed away suddenly Saturday, May 31, 2007. Cards may be sent to Linda at 1950 Edgewood Dr., Defiance, Ohio 43512-3666.
Janice Todosciuk is home from the hospital. She is feeling better and is faithful about doing her exercises at home. Janice is so glad to be able to go outside and enjoy the spring weather. They are both anxious to return to Saddlebag. Cards may still be sent to the northern address in the directory
Paul Garrison is in room 12 in the Cardiac Intervention Unit (CIU) at Winter Haven Hospital. Paul fell at the post office last week. He had facial lacerations and a broken wrist. Following tests it was determined that Paul had blacked out. No blood was getting to the back of his heart. He had heart catheterization on Friday and stents put in on Saturday. Paul is starting physical therapy today. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory. The phone number at the hospital is (863) 293-1121 ext. 1085.
Carol Moore is still at the Dove Nursing Home. She had gone to the hospital for routine heart. Something happened and Carol started to bleed and the doctor couldn't do the cath. She lost between 2 and 4 pints of blood. She is feeling better now and is walking a bit and eating well. When she is able,Carol is going to seek another doctor for a second opinion. Cards may be sent to her here at the resort at 5027 Saddlebag Lake Rd.
Howard Keach hurt his back while working on their deck. Although he's feeling better, Howard won't be bowling this week. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Ken Rindt had a pacemaker put in on Wednesday. He's home and doing well.
Joe Woody is doing good and will be able to use two canes and no walker by next week. His specialist said hopefully by having the left knee done, the right knee won't have to be done anytime soon.
Myrtle Flynn of Woodruff Way is back in Lake Wales Hospital with breathing problems. At this time it is not known if she will come home or go to an assisted living facility. Cards may still be sent to the local address in the directory.

The water level this morning is 99 feet 9 inch, which is 1 inch, less than last week. We did get some badly needed rain last week, but it wasn't enough to bring the lake level up.

The Summer Michigan Reunion is being hosted by Ed & Helen Clark. It will be in Frankenmuth, MI on August 1st through the 4th.
