Maintenance has repaired and reinstalled the lagoon fountain. It is now operating under normal parameters.
We found the air intake in the laundry side of the screen room has no duct work connecting it to the AC system in that building. There is no circulation in that side of the building so it does not cool efficiently. We are having Statewide Electric install the proper duct work this week.
The men's sauna is closed for repairs. We are waiting for parts.
The technician was out Friday for the clubhouse door closure. It should be repaired this week.
Your water meters were read this past weekend. Be expecting a water statement this month.
