Managers' Report:Good Morning, I hope you have all had a great Weekend.
The supervisor for Frontier communications was on site Friday following up on the damaged wiring boxes in the greenways. Most of the damaged boxes are from being struck by vehicles, mowers or golf carts (many you can see the markings from being struck). Frontier will be starting a maintenance program this week where they will come out and start repairing the damaged boxes. I will be getting with maintenance to make sure they are not causing damage to these while mowing the greenways, however I need your help too. Whenever you are using the greenways, be extra careful to avoid damaging these boxes. I am also working with spectrum cable to set up a similar maintenance program as frontier.
Foots painting will be painting the rec room restrooms Wednesday July 5th. They will be closed until Friday the 7th to dry. During this time please use the clubhouse or memorial restrooms.
Last week our staff did water meter readings throughout the resort. One of the issues they came across was landscaping around and over the meter boxes. These boxes must stay accessible to our staff. If you are planting bushes, trees, or other foliage please make sure it stays maintained and not allowed to grow over these boxes.
Canada just celebrated its 150th anniversary this weekend, and the 4th of July is tomorrow. The office staff will have the day off however security will be available at the front office. Please have a safe and fun 4th!
Thank you and have a Great week!
