Deaths: Tom Webb passed away last week. Tom and JoAnn rented at 61 Woodruff Way. I don't have a northern address to send cards to.
Illness: An ambulance was called to the Farrer's home last night. Judie's heart rate went too high. She is home now. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Cindy Beagle, Sue's daughter is home from the hospital but still not doing well. Cards may be sent to her at 155 Chaparral Dr., Apple Valley, MN 55124.
Audrey Woytiuk is in rehab following successful hip replacement surgery. Cards may be sent to the northern address in the directory. Postage to Canada is now $1.10 .

Announcements: Our lake level this week is 102 feet and 11 inches. Last Week our water level was 102 feet and 7 inches.
Directory:The new 2013-2014 directories are now available from Sue Beagle. They are yellow in color, and still $1.00 per copy.
Can Tabs:Joan Hannon is still collecting can tabs, which are then donated to Ronald McDonald House.SLR Church:Ice Cream Social at 6PM this coming Wednesday.
Potlucks:Fridays at 5PM. Bring a generous dish to pass and your table service. Afterwards, there is card playing.
Homer Allem:Next Monday there will be a formal presentation to Homer Allem of some Military Medals he should have received a long time ago.
Post Office: Summer hours, 10:00 -- 11:00 AM

Grannies Attic: Open Mondays 9AM -- 4PM
Pinochile is still being played on Thursdays at 1PM. Looking for a few more players.
Once a month after Coffee, there will be an emergency committee meeting. Ken Hall presiding. Ken can be reached, maybe, at 863-255-7419.
Hazardous Waste: Gary Scheevers said if you have some HW and can't get to his house, he will come by and pick it up for you. He can be reached at 863-632-0865

Managers' Report:Koffee Klatch update
The tile has been installed in the restrooms in the annex.
The rain and the holiday has delayed any further site work progress, but they will be back on site today.
The dock has passed final inspection from the County Building Department. The dry stand pipe will have a separate inspection from the County Fire Marshall once it is installed. That is scheduled to begin this week.
Maintenance in the middle of exercising all of the valves. This may take a few days depending on the weather.
The quarterly water statements are being prepared and will be distributed next week.
Your quarterly assessments were due on July 1st if you have not already paid please do so at your earliest convenience to avoid late fees.
Your latest reconciled financials are available at the office and on the CHUG website for your records.
