Managers' Report: Good morning everyone,
Parts will be in for the blower motor at the waste plant this week.
We had our annual water plant inspection last week. Everything was perfect.
Amerigas repaired the gas line that was popped during the annex demolition. They will re-rout the line this week to avoid any further issues.
The dock passed inspection!! Congrats to the Board and the Lake Committee and the ownership in Saddlebag! Decks and Docks by Derek did a very nice job. They will be back next week for a follow up to insure all is well and to remove the gangways so they can be stored until needed. The current lake level (which may well rise a bit more with summer rains) is pushing the remaining floating portions up so much so that we would not want the gangways to be jammed so they could not be removed. Access to the floating boat slips will remain safe. Maintenance is in the process of removing the floating styrofoam from the waterfront.
Growers Service Company will be raising one of the well pumps and performing needed repairs at the same time. We don't yet have a schedule date, but they will likely be in in the next 3 weeks.
The drawings for the new annex are nearly complete. As soon as all the information from Envisors is passed along to the builder they can apply for the building permit. This quarter's water statements are being prepared for distribution today and will include an insert from the Rule Book Committee. They will be ready for pickup at the office tomorrow and be mailed to those not on the property. The Board meeting scheduled for this Wednesday, July 11 has been canceled as all responding Board members requested the meeting be canceled due to lack of business requiring formal Board action.
