Managers' Report:Koffee Klatch update
A pair of eyeglasses were turned in at the office after last week's Koffee Klatch. If anyone lost a pair of glasses see Shane.
The urinals in bath house 2 and the recreation building are fixed.
Maintenance has begun the installation of the new fence surrounding the clothesline area behind bath house 2.
The gangway adjustments at the dock have been completed. I am waiting to hear from G.A.S. Fire Protection on the installation of the dry standpipe.
The front steps of the annex have been demolished and the toilets have been delivered.
We also have the oversight engineer inspecting the other two sets of stairs and making recommendations to adjust them.
Tucker is supposed to be back on site tomorrow. The weather has been creating delays in scheduling.
Maintenance and Statewide Electric pulled a pump from the clubhouse lift station, sent it out to be rebuilt, and then reinstalled it. They are also trying to find out why they are getting an influx of water in that station.
The water tank is scheduled to be repainted beginning July 29.
Your latest water statements have been distributed. If you see any readings which concern you please call the office.
That's all for now.
