Deaths: Charlie Ronchetti passed away suddenly last Thursday, July 25th. There will be a Memorial Service today following Koffee Klatch. Cards may be sent to the family as follows: Charles and Karen Ronchetti, 184 Upper Birch Dr., Bristal, NH 03222.
Illness:None has been reported to me other than the two people who prefer I did not mention their illness in the Sunshine Report.
Other News:Today, we had a memorial service for Charlie Ronchetti. Everitt Ray conducted the service, accompanied by Mary Windisch on the piano with a duet by Lannie Thomas and Jean Scheevers. A great crowd, considering how many people we have in residence. This was done right after Koffee Klatch.
Please remember our Saddlebag friends with prayers, cards and phone calls.

Managers' Report:Koffee klatch update
The dry standpipe for the dock will be permitted this week.
The new fence installation behind bath house 2 is nearly completed.
The site work at the annex continued Thursday. A compaction test sample will be taken today after they finish cutting the grade for paving. Assuming the test passes they can begin paving. They will measure for the sod today as well.
The toilets have been installed in the building and some floors have been painted.
All of the old steps were demolished and re-poured to Code.
Maintenance, Central Electric Motor Services, and Tucker Construction are addressing some problems with the clubhouse lift station due to issues we had last week. It is currently operating with a rented pump in order to get the system pumped down enough to get inside the lift station to work on it. I don't have any more details as of yet.
That's all I have. Any questions?
Have a great week!
