Managers' Report:Good morning everyone!
R.I.G. has finalized a couple of needed changes for the annex. Mr. Curtis said he would be able to submit the final plans and paperwork for the building permit on Friday. He is waiting for Envisors Level 2 Planning Phase and they are waiting for SWFWMD approval.
James also had to submit a picture of the clubhouse door to the parts provider of the automatic door opener. It is taking longer than expected to get the parts due to slow communication between the vendor and the contractor. He said the parts should be here this week.
The pool light timers with the memory had to be ordered. Not sure of ETA. In the mean time...the timer on the pole light seems to be fairly close to the 9:00 p.m. off time. The bank lights are coming on around 7:30 - 8:00 p.m. and also going off close to 9:00 or 9:15 p.m. The new signs came in depicting new pool swim times. They will be posted this week.
The AC issue in the clubhouse was reported to Statewide Electric on Friday. They will be in today to diagnose the issue and get it taken care of.
We do have 2 AC units at zero life…not surprising we have a problem.
Derek came back to check the dock. He also removed the ramps to the floating portions due to the rising water level to avoid the floaters pushing up on the fixed portion and the pilings. We have stored the ramps until the rainy season is over and will reinstall them when the lake level goes down.
Maintenance is currently scraping, priming, and painting the eves, gutters, and wood part of the front wall of the screen room. They are also repairing the benches at the shuffleboard courts, along with continued pressure cleaning, etc.
Mary returned to work this week without restrictions. Sadly, Troy gave his 2 week notice. He has decided to take a job elsewhere.
Your most recent financials, adjusted balance sheets from March, April, and May, and your audit from the year ending March 31, 2012 are available at the office for your records.
Have a great week!
