Managers' Report:Good morning,
We are installing a concrete knee wall at the lift station to prevent any possible sand washout infiltrating the clubhouse lift station. We also have Tucker Construction coming in Friday to camera the Royal Coachman/Beaverkill/and Red Quill sewers for sand and water influx, as we did find about a foot of sand in the bottom of the lift station once it was cleaned out last week.
Maintenance did the backfill at the lake and dug the ditch for the dry stand pipe. The installation started Friday, though they have run into a bit of an issue with the depth of the ditch. The requirements are 36" to the top of the pipe when installed. We were at 30" when we hit water and the ditch walls began to cave in, needing another 6" inches above the pipe. We now need to dig a wider ditch and shore the walls for safety in order to achieve the desired depth. We are making some adjustments to accommodate for that.
The annex site passed the density test. They are paving today. Please stay off the paved parking area.
R.I.G. got the final inspection on the electrical hookup for the building and buried the power line.
The water tank paint project was rescheduled to begin today.
JCW Services repaired a leak in the roof at the maintenance shed.
It appears there was a fire set on the right hand end of the dock. We are searching the camera footage to see if we can figure out what happened and who did it.
That's all I have. Any questions?
