Managers' Report:Hello and Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a Great weekend!
Barney's pumps will be out this week to begin repairs on the Blue Quill lift station. David will contact us if there are any issues regarding weather but everything looks good for Monday.
John has installed the first box for the alarm system at the waste plant.
While doing rounds and noting those contractors that needed to be contacting regarding lawns that are getting too long, I also took note of the trees that were in need of trimming and those have been included in our outgoing calls this week.
Maintenance trimmed the palms at the front office and memorial garden.
John began work on replacing the doors for the shed housing the CAP carts as the hinges have become worn and the doors no longer closed properly. He is also widening the doors as members of the program have complained about difficulty driving the carts in with the doors current size.
We have hired Steve Rigg to fill the vacancy on the security team. He will be starting training Monday and should be a great addition with years of experience as an actual police officer.
The new pool rules sign has been installed.
I hope you all have a great week! Thank you.
