Managers' Report: Good morning
D & D Tree did some tree trimming last week.
The divider wall in Memorial Hall is completed. They did a good job.
D & D Kwik Kerb continues their work on the Walkway Committee's project at 29 SBT. It really looks beautiful. It is an ongoing project, so if you have not yet purchased a brick for your family from the walkway committee you can see either Marlene Kopp or Gladys Todosciuk for the form you will need to fill out. They can also give you the information on pricing. It is my understanding that the contractor will take 50 bricks at a time to be engraved.
Duke Energy broke a water line across from the clubhouse last week while boring to install new power lines as there was a power outage in that area. Duke repaired the damaged line and a phonevite was sent out for the water interruption and the boil water notice. The resort is still under a boil water restriction until further notice.
The front gate system is being worked on at TEM's shop. It will likely be reinstalled by Wednesday of this week. It was struck by lightening and several components were damaged.
Just a reminder, you have a Board meeting Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at the clubhouse.
That's all I have. Any questions?
