Managers' Report:Good morning,
The parking lot at the annex site has been paved. Please avoid driving on the fresh pavement. The concrete people will be in to curb and do the tie in sidewalks this week. The landscaper is scheduled to begin work around the building this week.
The tile in the restrooms has been grouted. They are still prepping and smoothing the floors for the final paint job. They are still waiting for the handicap railing. It will be installed upon arrival.
The water tank paint project is moving along. The prep work and seal coat are completed. They started the finish coat Friday and the skies opened up as they were working on the top of the tank. They will be back today to complete it.
The dry stand pipe has been installed at the dock and passed the Fire Marshall's final inspection. The maintenance crew and Steve from Central Electric did a fantastic job digging the trench, prepping for the installation, burying the pipe, reworking the irrigation, and cleaning up the area.
The dock is now opened for biz. Boat slips 1 - 12 have the numbers painted on them. 13 - 20 will be completed this week.
D & D Kwik Kerb has measured for a retaining wall needed at the back filled area right at the dock to ensure stability in the filled area.
The fence behind bath house 2 for the clothes line area is completed. John did a really nice job. The clotheslines will be re-installed this week.
I have several reminders, you have a Board meeting this Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in the clubhouse.
You will have a scheduled water interruption tomorrow, that would be Tuesday, August affecting the following areas: Beaverkill from # 1 - # 69
Royal Coachman from # 1 - # 25
Gray Hackle from # 1 - # 10
Saddlebag Trail from # 61 - # 75
The interruption will begin at 9:00 a.m. and last until 2:00 p.m.
The water interruption is necessary to accommodate the camera crew from Tucker Construction who is searching for leaks in the sewer system. We again have an influx of sand and water coming into the lift station and the sewer plant from the areas previously mentioned. Last year when the camera crew came in the lake level had already receded to the point where some of the leaks were not detectable.
Also, we are finding a lot of inorganic material in the sewer system, the lift station, and tangled in the submersible pumps, such as, towels, diapers, and strapping tape from delivered boxes. Exhibit A!! Please take note, to the people who are claiming we have issues with the lift station because of Tucker Construction, they are here to find the problems and give us a course of action to fix them. They did not cause the problems.
The recreation room, that would be the pool table and restroom side of the building, and the pool entrance, will be closed beginning Monday, August 19 through Friday, August 23 so the floor can be painted and have time for the seal coat to cure.
Your latest reconciled financials, that would be April, May, and June, are available at the office and will be posted to the website this week.
Also, the year end audit is currently under review.
That's all I have. Any questions?
