Managers' Report:Good Morning, I hope you have all had a great Weekend.
Four Corners Fence is scheduled to be here this week replacing the perimeter
fence from the butterfly garden to the silversides greenway. This area was
submerged during the flood and has rusted in the time since allowing holes to
form. Four Corners expects the repairs to take 11 days to finish excluding any
weather delays. Maintenance has been working at the beach house in the restrooms. They are
replacing damaged tiles, replacing the bottom wall trim, recalking the sinks and
replacing outdated fixtures. During the repairs there may be brief periods of times
the restrooms will be closed. Thank you for your patience.
Maintenance is also scheduled to finish installing drainage berms this week. After
the berms are installed they will be installing a French drain along a portion of beaver kill that
pools water and does not drain into the greenway. The French drain should allow that water to drain off much more quickly rather than be standing water.
Sedgwick has sent their recommendation of bids to Advance disposal for approval of resealing the roads. I should have confirmation of that approval this week and as soon as it is received I will be scheduling the work with the contractors and will be updating the owners on a timeline.
Please remember when your pets are outside of your house they must be leashed. The only area they can be off a leash is at the dog run. While at the dog run remember it is at your own risk. If
you see a dog you aren't familiar with or your dog is unfamiliar with use some cauyion.
