Managers' Report:Hello and Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a Great weekend!
The Blue Quill lift station has been repaired and is running great! John checked on it after the rains which usually stress the lift stations in the past and said the levels were perfect and the pumps ran great. I'm looking forward to never hearing of this lift station again =)
John finished expanding the entry ramp and widening the doors for the CAP shed. If you are part of the patrol and haven't seen it yet, check it out. He did a great job.
Varsity Courts has finished the tennis courts. I had Tomi and John walk the final inspection with me, and I have to say they look great. The tennis club should be very happy with the results. Dennis also gave John instructions on how to handle cleaning the courts and avoid damage to the surface.
Joe Messer will be rejoining the maintenance staff. He has asked to come back and as he left on good terms we made a fair offer that is good for both him and SLR.
The Board of Directors meeting is tomorrow at 9am. The agenda includes :
Appointment for vacant Board position, Manager's Report ,Acting President's Report, Election of President, Election of Vice President, Board Correspondence, Treasurer's Report, Annual Audit, & Removal of check signor.
I hope you all have a great week! Thank you.
