Bob Staib asked me to include the following website info in this Koffee Klatch report:
The website has undergone some major internal changes during the last two weeks. Most of these changes do not show on the pages and there have been some coding problems which needed to the tracked down and fixed. Sorry for any errors you saw. All should be OK now.
Three changes that do show are:
1) The Edit Your Personal Data Page now allows you to enter as many emergency contacts as you want. If you fill in 1 and send it to the server, the page redisplays with a blank #2. If you fill in 2 and send it the page shows 1 and 2 and a blank 3 (etc, etc).
Iwill be adding a delete button soon on each emergency contact, but this code still contains a bug, so I have released the version without a delete button.
2) For those who don't like the Dancing Numbers on each web page, the Edit Your Personal Data Page now allows you select your favorite website number color (Dancing, Blue, Black, and None). When you first go to the home page you will see Dancing Numbers, but as soon as you log in, they will change to the default you have specified and will remain that way as long as you are logged in. Also, as long as you are using a page, you will remain logged in, but the system will automatically log you out if you have not used your screen for 30 minutes.
3) For the latest official FAY route forecast click on the WX Latest FAY Forecast link on our homepage
In addition, I want to issue a call for anyone who is experienced at graphical design. I am good at website coding, but horrible at graphical design. We want to give our pages a new look and feel. We also want to develop a new "CHUG at Saddlebag Lake Resort" logo. If you are qualified please send me an email and we will meet to talk about the project, either now, or when you get back to the Resort this fall.
Until next week: Best Wishes, and God Bless. Anyone having any comments, observations, or email address changes, please email Bob Trombley at email@example.com or Russ Sauer at firstname.lastname@example.org .
