Judy Foster will have her surgery Wednesday, August 26th to fuse disks in her neck. More information will follow as I receive it.
Sharon Porret will have extensive back surgery Thursday, August 27th at Port Huron Hospital in Michigan. She said there was no other option. The surgery involves the L4 vertebrae and two rods will be implanted during the surgery. Sharon will in the hospital 3-4 days and she will have to wear a back brace. She had a choice of a white one or a black one -- she chose the black one “because it's more slenderizing".

Managers' Report:Hello and Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a Great weekend!
I've contacted EESI and are in the process of getting the schedule together for the gate valve system.
We have had several complaints from 2 prior weekends of alarms going off at the clubhouse lift station. Both instances John checked and the problem was high levels due to water intrusion from rain, a relatively minor issue that just needed some time for the pumps to catch up with the flow. The problem however is that the alarm does not shut off until that happens. So the alarm was buzzing all night long. Understandably the residents within hearing range were not very happy about it. I spoke with Corey about installing a manual switch that would only cut off the audio portion of the alarm. That way in the future if a minor issue arises once maintenance has been on site to inspect the cause of the alarm they can manually cut off the audio alarm. The light will stay on until the issue is fixed.
Statewide is moving forward with the fountain repairs, as soon as I have a date it will be reinstalled I will update you all.
John has finished installing the 3 boxes for the auto-dialers. He is waiting on a couple electrical components that did not ship with boxes. Once he receives those Andrew from Barrett's can come out to complete the setup.
Kris has replaced several of the picnic benches under the oaks.
Maintenance has started repainting the road striping and lettering, starting with queen of waters.
I hope you all have a great week! Thank you.
