Deaths:Million Gieche passed away earlier this month following an appendectomy. May Jane is in a nursing home now. Cards may be sent to her at Manor Care Health Services, 60 Highland Rd., Bethel Park, PA 15102.
Illness:Sharon Fox is back in Lake Wales Medical Center, room 353. Cards may be sent to her there or to the local address in the directory.
Gordy Farrer had successful bypass surgery last Tuesday. He was out of cardiac ICU on Thursday and all tubes and IV's are out. He will probably come home on Tuesday. He's still sore by doing great! Cards may be sent to the northern address in the directory.
Lenny Brodeur is home and doing well following bladder surgery. He's doing so well that he and Cheryl did karaoke Saturday evening.
Wayne Rand is doing fine following knee surgery. Wayne and Janet thank all for the cards he received. They hope to be back in Saddlebag shortly.
Don and Judy Luko's son Jeff will have open heart surgery Thursday, September 4th in Michigan.

Leaving: Sandy Blake said this morning that they were headed up north for awhile.
Announcements: Our lake level this week is 102 feet 10 and 1/4 inches. Last week it was 102 feet and 10 and 1/4 inches. This by the way, is a measurement above sea level.
Karaoke:Cheryl and Lenny Brodeur are doing karaoke every Sat night from 7PM to 10 in the clubhouse. Everyone is welcome. Bring something to drink and snacks, whatever your preference.
Directory:The new ones are available now. They are a sky blue color and the price has increased to $2.00. See Sue Beagle to get your copy.
Saddlebag Express:The deadline for getting your info to Sue Beagle for the October issue of our Saddlebag Express is September 13.
Can Tabs:Joan Hannon is still collecting can tabs, which are then donated to Ronald McDonald House.
Potlucks:Fridays at 5PM. Bring a generous dish to pass and your table service.

Managers' Report:Good morning
The pre-construction meeting for the tennis courts was held last week and several logistical items were worked out with the engineer and the contractor. The start date has been reset for September 15.
LMK has completed their repairs of the sewer lines. The engineer is very happy with the repairs and the timeliness of completion.
Maintenance put up new flag ropes and snaps in the Memorial Garden.
TEM is still waiting for parts for the gate.
We hope to have the power door at Memorial Hall repaired this week
The office will be closed today to observe the Labor Day holiday.
