Managers' Report:Good morning,
AC unit, both the air handler and the compressor, along with the #7 air handler are in the process of being installed and should be completed by tomorrow.
JCW Services did some maintenance work and painting at the horseshoe pits. They pressure cleaned the entire area and the horseshoe storage building, repainted the pit covers, the building fascia, the window trim and the shutters. They also stained the picnic tables and the benches. They did a nice job.
The clubhouse will be closed to strip and wax the floors from Monday (after koffee klatch), Sept. 16 through Saturday, Sept. 21. It will re-open on Sunday, Sept. 22 for church.
Foot Painting painted the floors in the exercise building restrooms. They will be closed until tomorrow so they can cure. They will reopen on Wednesday morning.
Tucker's concrete people formed the rest of the sidewalks at the annex site. They are pouring the concrete today.
R.I.G. is waiting for Duke Energy to install the new Electrical transformer before the hook up the power to the annex building.
Maintenance filled in the area around the retaining wall at the dock.
Nidy Sports Construction came out to look at the areas of concern at the tennis courts. The mushrooms have raised some areas on the playing surface and the depression on court 3 has settled a good bit with all the rain. We are scheduling the repairs asap. Also, the fence people will be out to assess some areas on the chain link enclosure and doors which need repair.
I have several reminders. You have a Board meeting this Wednesday, that is September 11, at 9:00 a.m. in the clubhouse.
Your latest reconciled financials and the audit year ending March 31, 2013 are available at the office for your records.
That is it for now.
