Managers' Report:Good Morning
Tucker paving said the depression in front of 41 SBT was a sewer lateral leak and they repaired it. It was good that it exposed itself. It saved the Association some money in searching for leaks and pinpointing the repair. Also, Tucker is working on scheduling the rest of the camera work for the sewer laterals.
The landscaping at the annex looks great.
Also, the account has been setup for the new Duke energy transformer required for the annex because of the difference in load with the new building. So the work order to install it should be moving along and should be completed sometime in the near future.
To answer Bruce Balch's question from last week about the pool gate on the annex side, it is supposed to remain locked until the site opens.
I will be back in the office on Tuesday morning.
I heard someone called animal control about the cats. I am not sure what the basis is for the complaint. The cats are fixed and have their shots and I have the paperwork. But, they are supposed to be back to talk to me Tuesday morning and stated to Shane that if we don't get rid of them I will get fired or go to jail.
Thanks so much! Any question.
