Managers' Report:Hello and Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a Great weekend!
Some of you have asked about the lake fountain. It is currently at the pump rebuilder's shop. The repairs were delayed due to workload at the shop. However they should have it repaired in a couple weeks.
As you are all aware autumn is right around the corner. As summer draws to a close we are preparing for our dual resident owners to return home to Florida. We have been in full swing to get prepared with many maintenance and improvement projects for this season. One of the projects is stripping and waxing the clubhouse floor which will be taking place this week. So after coffee klatch the clubhouse will be closed the rest of the week until church service on Sunday. The following week the floors in the memorial hall will go through the same cleaning. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
The tree trimming along the roads should be complete, and maintenance has moved on to trimming the greenways. Painting and striping of the roads will continue throughout the next couple weeks however.
Please keep Clyde & Jaye Wright in your prayers. Their daughter has been diagnosed with brain cancer last week. She has 3 tumors. One was removed through surgery and the other two will be treated through chemo & and radiation.
I don't like to leave on a sad note, so let's take this as an opportunity to show the Wrights they are surrounded by the best community around and lend them our prayers & support.
I hope you all have a great week! Thank you.
