Managers' Report: Good morning,
First, I would like to thank Dee Braund for graciously sitting in for me last week while I was out of town, and during every holiday when I am off.
Second, I would like to tell you why I was out of town because I think this should be celebrated as much as possible. I was in Michigan with my family celebrating my parent's 60th anniversary!! We had a marvelous party for them. About 125 friends and family were there to honor them. People came from as far away as Alaska!
2 of SLOA's fine employee's have received awards for their outstanding service:
Bruce Robinson and Terry Haven.
The annex landscaping, and irrigation in the islands is nearly complete. All should be finished today.
Tucker heated and re-rolled the pavement at the annex parking lot.
The clubhouse floor has been stripped and waxed.
Tucker is completed the sewer lateral camera work Friday. We should have the results this week.
The improvement at 29 Saddlebag Trail is moving along. The irrigation is done and the pavers for the sidewalk and patio are installed.
The sewer lateral at 41 Saddlebag Trail has been repaired and the hole filled, paved, and the driveway restored.
The restrooms at the beach house are in the process of being painted (JCW Services). They should be completed by the end of the day.
Maintenance will be reading water meters Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week.
Any questions? Have a great week!
