Managers' ReportGood morning everyone,
The clubhouse floors have been stripped. We have posted the building will be closing Monday after Koffee klatch today through Friday of this week to wax. There will be no pot luck on Friday due to the closing.
The latest update from Kriss Kaye at Envisors on the annex is that they have received comments back from the County today and will be addressing them this week. Still no word from SWFWMD concerning the documents we provided 2 weeks ago. He expects to hear something on that this week.
Maintenance trimmed back an oak tree which was swallowing up a palm tree on the greenway along the lake behind Royal Coachman. In doing so they also trimmed the palm tree. I got a complaint from a resident that we were trimming the oak tree back too far and they were upset because they had watched it grow. Two trees cannot occupy one space. The oak was the invasive, or attacker, in this case. The older, well established, palm was in danger of being strangled to death. So, we took care of the problem.
Just a reminder to those who have not yet trimmed their palms or other trees and shrubs on their lots, please do so at your earliest convenience or have a contractor take care of it. Also, there are many garbage stumps which are in need of being painted. According to your governing documents the stumps are equipment furnished to the property owner when purchasing. You are responsible for the maintenance of the stumps. The paint color is available at Home Depot. The paint code is available at the office. If your stump is in need of painting please take care of it as soon as possible.
Shane is requesting all owners who have not yet paid their storage lot and dock fees please do so by October 1.
Your latest reconciled financials are available at the office and on the CHUG website for your records.
Thanks so much. Hope you all have a great week!
