Managers' Report:Hello and Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a Great weekend!
As you can see Maintenance has finished with the floor cleaning for the clubhouse. This week as we continue preparing for the season the memorial hall floors are being done, and the following week will be the recreation room (screen room). Shane and Beth have been working hard on repainting the interior of the clubhouse and are working on the men's room at the beach house. As a result the men's room at the beach house, and the memorial hall are closed for the week.
John will be on vacation the next two weeks. Richard will be in charge of maintenance while he is gone. John prepared the scheduled work orders two weeks out to make sure everyone stays on task and we have that time cleared of any major projects. Painting of the Roadways and brush removal of the common areas will be ongoing this week.
We will be calling lawn contractors again this week to follow up with those lawns that have gotten too long. I'd like to take a minute to thank those of you who continually keep up on yours. Thank you for keeping SLR beautiful and a great place to be!
The newsletter is out today. Don't forget to get your copy.
