Jean Hanna, Library Volunteer writes: Saddlebag still has many things to offer that we might overlook and one of them is the library tucked away in a corner of the Annex. Reading is such a pleasant way to pass the time and the library has a good selection of fiction, western, mystery, and educational books with an increasing number in Large print that so many enjoy. In addition, there is a good selection of movies and DVD's. The majority of books are taken on the honor system with no limit for their return. The new books are on the 7 day shelf and must be signed out. Also, the movies and DVD's must be signed out. Each month we'll select a book or author that you might enjoy. One of my all time favorites is "A Land Remembered" by Patrick Smith, a story of how the southern part of Florida was settled after the Civil War. So interesting I didn't want to put it down. Unfortunately, the copies the library had were borrowed last spring and haven't been returned. With all that has happened its understandable their return may have been overlooked. Please check and return them so others can enjoy this great read. Library hours are posted above.
Until next week, Best Wishes, and God Bless. Anyone having any comments, observations, or email address changes, please contact Bob Trombley at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Russ Sauer at email@example.com,.
