Deaths: Bobbie Sturms passed away Thursday January 5th. Cards may be sent to her son Mike at Bobbies's northern address in the directory.
Janice Todociuk passed away Saturday evening, January 7th. Cards may be sent to Frank at his local address in the directory.
Illness: Jo Dowler is home from the hospital and doing well. Cards may still be sent to the local address in the directory.
John Goodwin is also home from the hospital and still recuperating from pneumonia.. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Cheryl Thompson is resting at home with a sciatic nerve problem that's giving her a lot of pain.. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Georgianna Morrow is feeling a lot better but remains hospitalized. Cards may be sent to her at the northern address in the directory.
Mary Windisch is still at the Grace center and anxiously waiting for her daughter and son-in-law to arrive to take her back home. They will stay with Mary until she is completely independent. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Dot Lynch became ill while at her daughter's home. She will see a doctor there. Cards may be sent to her in care of her daughter Donna Stein at 336 Klemm Ave, Gloucester, NJ 08030.
Marge Walker will have surgery this Wednesday. I'll report on her condition at a later meeting.
Gene Chumbler is in Lakeland Medical Ctr. He had a renal cell carcinoma and his right kidney and several lymph nodes were removed last Friday. He hopes to come home today or tomorrow. Cards may be sent to the Imperiale/Chumbler address in the directory.
Allie Franklin is still at Lake Wales Medical waiting to be admitted to nursing home. More information will follow as to where he will be.
Nelson Hood fell down a flight of stairs and is in Tampa General Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit.. He has a large brain bleed. His daughters Luella and Debbie are with him.
Bob Evenden was back in the hospital with an infection in his spine. He had surgery last Wednesday and is on an antibiotic treatment that can be administered at home. This will continue for 6-12 weeks. Bob and Flo will not be coming to Saddlebag this year. Cards may be sent to the northern address in the directory.
