Deaths: Doyle Michelsen passed away in Michigan on Tuesday, February 16th. He owns the property at 2 Royal Coachman. Cards may be sent to his wife Lois at the northern address in the directory.
Helene Carmony passed away on Wednesday, February 17th in Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry. Helene was a former resident at 59 Silversides. I don't have any address to send cards to the family.
I just learned that Rosamund (Buddy) Baker Died April 11, 2015. Since her passing was last year cards to the family would not be appropriate.
Illness: Elaine Prince is still at Heart of Florida Medical Center. Elaine will be coming home sometime today. She will be going for rehab in Winterhaven three times a week. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
I spoke with Ray Hodder on Saturday. He told me that Bonnie Reynolds had a mild heart attack. Also, her lungs had filled up again. She has been moved out of ICU and in room 260 at Lake Wales Medical Center. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Judy Spoor also had a mild heart attack and is in Lake Wales Medical Center, room 359. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Dee Staples was taken by ambulance last night to Lake Wales Medical Center. She couldn't move her arms, neck or back. I spoke with her this morning and she's OK and wants to “get out of here". Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Margaret Twining fell on the knee that had been replaced. She also has a cut over her eye that required stitches. She is at home in Ohio but will have tests to make sure the knee is OK. At this time Margaret doesn't know when they will be returning to Saddlebag.
Good News: Bruce Clark is home from the hospital following his brain surgery. It was good to see him in church yesterday. Although Bruce is doing well, he is supposed to take it easy. Cards may still be be sent to the local address in the directory.
