Death: Edith Duesing, a former long time resident of Saddlebag, passed away April 23rd. She was Phyllis Calkins' mother. Cards may be sent to Phyllis at the local address in the directory. There will be a Memorial Service for Edith on May 2nd, at 1:00 pm in the clubhouse.
Illness: Berta Stebbins came home from Lake Wales Medical Center last Monday. She is on new medication and is doing a little better each day. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Sharon Fox is now at the Grove Nursing Home in room 206. Cards may be sent to her there or to the local address in the directory. Ray will take them to her.
Pete Thompson had his shoulder surgery last week. There were a few complications, but he is home now recuperating. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Bobby Elkins hasn't started his chemo treatments yet. He's feeling good but anxious to get the treatments started. “Thinking of you" cards and “best wishes for a speedy recovery" cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Leo Michlig has not started his chemo treatments yet. They are waiting to hear from their insurance company. He is in a lot of pain and is on very strong pain medication. Cards may be sent to the northern address in the directory.
Marge Walker is home from the Grace Nursing where she was recuperating from a heartvalve replacement. Cards and calls are welcome.
