Ginger Nichols, daughter of Elinor Roeschen and former Saddlebag resident, had her first surgery this week following a fall at work resulting in a spiral fracture involving her ankle and lower leg. More surgery si needed and will be done as soon as more of the swelling has gone down. Cards may be sent to her at 200 Starcrest Dr., Apt. 67, Clearwater, FL 33765. Her phone # is (727) 442-6277.
Joan Holloway is hone from Lake Wales Hospital and is here today. It's good to see her back.
Allie Franklin is in a nursing home receiving therapy. He is feeling quite well after surgery for removal of almost one half of his foot. Allie is still on antibiotics for infection. Cards may be sent to him at the Darway Nursing Home, Folksville, PA 18610.
Erla Broich has pneumonia. Cards may be sent to her at the northern address in the directory.
Marc Pereda will start three weeks of chemo next week for cancer in his remaining kidney. He will have another biopsy taken in November. Cards may be sent to him at the local address in the directory.
Jo Dowler is home from the hospital following another hernia operation. The medication she was given was not right for her type of surgery and she had an adverse reaction. She still has to see her doctors who do not agree with her treatment. Cards may be sent to her at the northern address in the directory.
We received a lovely thank you note from Sarah Winden, Gloria and Harold Park's daughter for the many cards and prayers she received. Sarah is in the middle of her radiation treatment for breast cancer and says that all is going well.
We also received a nice thank you note from Ed Angrist for the many cards and calls he received following his heart procedure.
