Shirley Hoyer, former Saddlebag resident and sister of Betty Wolters, passed away Friday, October 29, 2010. Cards may be sent to the family at 1915 Beth Street, Allegan, MI 49010. Willie and Giles Woodruff are both at the Dove Nursing Home and doing well Willie starts physical therapy today.The plan is that eventually they will both be coming home. Their daughterSue and son-in-law John will stay in Saddlebag to help care for them for a long time. Hospice will continue to assist Giles. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Frank Todosciuk had successful knee surgery this past week at Heart of Florida Hospital. He should be able to come home today and will have to wear a heart monitor for several days to determine if he will need a pacemaker. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Al Luchenbill was taken to Lake Wales Medical Center for observation.
Sue Beagle will be admitted to Community University Hospital this coming Wednesday and will have heart ablasion on Thursday. This is the second such procedure that Sue had had. Sue hopes to come home the next day. Sue and Dick's son Brad will be there to take Sue to the hospital and stay with Dick until she is released. He will bring her home.
Nadine Southard will have knee replacement surgery on Wednesday at Heart of Florida Hospital.
I have a new address for Lois Gray who had a heart stent put in two weeks ago. The address is 962 Canton Rd. NW, Carrolton, Ohio 44615.
The family of Shirley Pacini thank the many Saddlebaggers for all the cards received following Shirley's passing. A Memorial will held in the clubhouse on January 21, 2011 from 12:30 to 3:00 PM.
