Illness: Mary Paulin admitted to Lake Wales Medical Center with arrhythmia. She fell out of bed at the hospital and broke her hip which required surgery. Mary had her surgery Saturday is doing OK. She is in room 202. Cards put in the bag at Mary's front door and will be taken to her.
Nelson Hood is home from Lake Wales Medical Center and doing great enjoying the time he had with his daughter.
Fran Cox is in Lake Wales Medical Center, room 354. She is still undergoing many tests. Her breathing is better, but she has pneumonia and is on oxygen. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Allie Franklin fell and hit his head. He was admitted to Lake Wales where tests were done. Allie is home now. Cards may be sent to the local address in the directory.
Georgianna Morrow will have open heart surgery Thursday, December 22nd. She will be in the hospital over Christmas. Cards may be sent to her c/o Mrs, John Rice, 3080 McCully Rd., Allison, PA 15101.
Suzanne (Sue) Menke tripped over a display in a store while shopping and broke her arm in three places. She has had one surgery and will need another one. Cards may be sent to her at 1756 Sherwood Rd., Williamston, MI, 48895. They hope to return to Saddlebag in February.
Mary Windisch is at the Grace Center for physical therapy. She is feeling very sad to be missing the holidays at Saddlebag. Visits, calls and cards would be most appreciated.
Carroll and Carolyn Phaups wish to thank the many Saddlebaggers who sent cards following the severe accident their daughter Bonnie suffered. Bonnie has had nine surgeries on her legs. If her injuries don't show more signs of healing, the doctors have told the Phaups that she may have to have her left leg amputated below the knee.
Dick Beagle is in Lake Wales Medical Center. He fell and wasn't able to get up. Sue is at the hospital with him. I'll report more on Dick at a later date.
Irma Sharp, for resident is under Hospice care at home in Colorado. She has numerous blood clots in her legs. Her husband Bernie is not well either. Call Sandy Stinespring for her address.

Howard Robinson, Security Guard is home following surgery for a back fusion. He thanks all for the many card, calls and gifts he has received.
